Privacy
Updated 12 September 2026. This site is a Florida HVAC planning suite. It is not a contractor shop, does not create accounts, and does not ask for your name, address, or payment card.
What we collect
A first-party visit counter may store a random id in your browser (tc_vid in localStorage) and send anonymous view/leave events to this site. Calculator inputs, checklist ticks, and the last region choice stay in your browser unless you copy or share a result URL. We do not log what you typed into the calculator on a server as a personal record.
Google ads
This site uses, or is applying to use, Google AdSense. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.
What we do not do
No user accounts. No shop checkout. No contractor phone numbers. No selling of a personal list, because we do not keep one.
